Who are we?

For the purpose of the Privacy Collection Notice “Juksta” is:

  • Juksta GDPR Representative Service Limited of 22 Northumberland Ave, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland D04 ED73 where you have indicated that you are contacting us in connection with a matter that is subject to GDPR; or
  • Juksta UK Representative Service Limited of 7 Belly Yard LONDON WC2A 2JR, where you have indicated that you are contacting us in connection with a matter that is subject to UK Privacy Law.
Who is processing your personal data?

The controller for this personal data is the organisation (Your Service Provider) on whose behalf Juksta is providing “Representative” services under Article 27 of GDPR or UK Privacy Law (as applicable), the details of whom are set out on the web page that you are using to make a request. Your Service Provider can be contacted by using this Representative service or by using the contact details on the web page you are using to make a request.

Your Service Provider’s privacy policy (as set out on their website) sets out the details of how Your Service Provider uses, processes, transfers and discloses personal data. We encourage you to read it.

This notice sets out the essential details that apply to the personal data that we are collecting from you at the moment.

How we are using it

We are collecting the personal data that is required by this website on behalf of Your Service Provider. We are collecting the personal data that you are including in our website at this time for the primary purpose of transferring that information to Your Service Provider as part of the legal requirements under GDPR or UK Privacy Law, as applicable to have a Representative service and to help Your Service Provider and us manage Your Service Providers’ compliance with GDPR or UK Privacy Law, as applicable.

What we do with it

Juksta will process your personal data as Your Service Provider’s Representative only in accordance the written direction of Your Service Provider and/or GDPR and/or UK Privacy Law, as applicable. Your personal data will be processed by Us primarily in Ireland and/or may also be processed by other Juksta group companies, and their contactors in Australia, other EU countries and/or the United States.

We will transfer the personal data that you include in the website to your Service Provider in their country of operation (as set out on this website), and if your request requires the consent of an appropriate adult, we will transfer the relevant personal data to the person you identify as the relevant adult in whatever country they are located in.

The website that you are using to transfer your request to Your Service Provider may enable the Your Service Provider to process, access, use and download the personal data that you enter into this website into Your Service Provider’s systems, and you should review their privacy policies for how that is to be processes, accessed, used and stored by Your Service Provider.

Where your personal data is transferred to:

  • a country outside of the EU (where you are dealing with Juksta GDPR Representative Limited); or
  • a country that is outside of the United Kingdom, (where you are dealing with Juksta UK Representative Limited),

we will use our best efforts to ensure that it is transferred and processed in accordance with legal requirements, and use contractors who have represented to us that they comply with required privacy law standards, and/or are bound by approved Model Clauses of clauses that reflect Article 30 of GDPR or UK Privacy Law (as applicable).

How long we keep it

We keep the personal data that you give to Us when making a request:

  • for personal data that you have loaded as part of your identity data, for no longer than 90 days; or
  • for all other data, for 7 years after the communications relating to your original request have ended, and for any additional period that we are required to do so under the law of the jurisdiction in which the personal data is kept.,

After the relevant period, this personal data will be automatically and permanently destroyed.
